We are happy to provide documentation of our insurance and licensing upon request, ensuring protection for your property and peace of mind for all parties involved.
  • Do you give free estimates, and can I get one over the phone?

We do offer free estimates, however, we do not provide them over the phone. An on-site visit is recommended to accurately assess the tree size, access, and any potential hazards that may impact the service.
  • Do I need to be home for the estimate or the service?

While it's not strictly necessary for you to be present, we prefer to meet with you in person during the estimate or service to ensure clear communication and address any questions or concerns you may have.
  • How are tree removal and stump grinding handled?

Our crew safely cuts down the tree and removes branches and trunk sections. Stump removal is a separate service where we use a stump grinder. We will explain the process, possibilities, and any limitations based on the stump size and location, particularly if it's near structures or utilities.
  • Will you clean up branches and debris after the job?

Our standard service includes cleanup of tree limbs and branches. For stump grinding or large debris piles, we offer disposal services for an additional fee. If you prefer, we can leave wood chips for you to use as mulch.
  • Do I need a permit to remove a tree or trim branches?

Permit requirements vary based on local regulations, tree size, species, and property location. We can assist you in understanding if a permit is necessary and help with the application process if required.
  • What if there is a storm or emergency? Can you respond quickly?

We offer 24/7 emergency tree services, including storm-damage tree removal. If a tree becomes hazardous due to high winds or storms, contact us immediately and we will dispatch a crew as quickly as possible to secure your property.
  • How do I schedule a service or get an estimate?

Please provide your address, a brief description of the required service, and your preferred contact information. We will promptly reach out to arrange an on-site assessment or phone consultation.
  • What should I do to prepare for tree work?

To ensure a smooth service, please clear access to the work area, mark any underground utilities or sprinkler systems, remove vehicles and outdoor furniture near the trees, and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work zone for their safety.
